Two Days. One Complete Pitch.

A structured, intensive program where you build your project presentation from the ground up — and leave with something ready to use in a real-world situation.

This Program Is Designed For You If…

You have a project worth presenting and need to communicate it effectively to someone who matters — an investor, a partner, a major client, or a competition jury.

You don't need to be a seasoned presenter. The program is designed for people who have a solid project but haven't yet found the right way to communicate it. If you've ever felt that your presentation doesn't do justice to the quality of your project — this program addresses exactly that gap.

What Happens Over Two Days

Each day has a clear purpose. Together they produce a complete, practiced pitch that is specific to your project and your audience.

Day One

Structure & Content

Audience Analysis — Understanding who you're speaking to, what they already know, what they need to hear, and what decision you're asking them to make.

Narrative Architecture — Building the logical and emotional flow of your pitch: what comes first, what comes last, and why the order matters as much as the content.

Data Selection & Framing — Identifying which numbers support your argument, how to present them without overwhelming, and when less data is more persuasive.

First Draft Review — Group and individual feedback on the structure of each participant's pitch draft, with specific recommendations for revision.

Day Two

Design & Delivery

Visual Design Principles — How to build slides that support what you say rather than compete with it. Layout, hierarchy, and the use of visual elements to guide attention.

Slide Redesign Workshop — Direct application of design principles to each participant's actual slides, with hands-on guidance and immediate revision.

Filmed Practice Rounds — Each participant delivers their pitch on camera. The recording is reviewed together to identify specific improvements in pacing, body language, and verbal delivery.

Final Delivery & Feedback — A final filmed presentation of the revised pitch, followed by detailed individual feedback and a clear action plan for continued improvement.

Detailed view of pitch methodology — narrative mapping and structure planning

How the Learning Works

The program is built on a simple principle: you learn to pitch by pitching. Theory is introduced only when it's immediately applicable to what you're working on. Every concept is followed by direct application.

Work on Your Own Material

Every exercise uses your actual project. There are no hypothetical cases — the content you develop during the workshop is the pitch you take home.

Iterative Feedback Cycles

You present, receive feedback, revise, and present again. This cycle — repeated throughout both days — is how real improvement happens.

Small Group Format

Workshop groups are kept small to ensure that each participant receives sufficient individual attention and that feedback is specific rather than generic.

Video Review as a Learning Tool

Watching yourself present on video reveals patterns that are invisible from the inside. It is consistently the most impactful part of the workshop for most participants.
